PRIVACY POLICY

At BE NEXT IDOL (NI), we take the privacy of our applicants—especially those aged 13-18—with the utmost seriousness. As a startup, we are committed to transparent data practices.

1. Data Collection for Minors

We only collect data necessary for the scouting process. This includes names, ages, vocal/dance submissions, and guardian contact information. We do not collect location tracking or background data.

2. The Parental Shield

No application for users under 16 is processed without a guardian's secondary contact.
Guardians may request to view or delete their child's data at any time via our contact page.

3. Data Deletion Policy

Unsuccessful audition materials (videos and photos) are stored on our secure VPS and are automatically purged every 6 months to ensure your data does not remain on our servers indefinitely.

4. Security

Your data is stored in an encrypted directory on our private server. Only authorized scouting staff have access to view audition materials.
