Welcome to BE NEXT IDOL (NI). By using our website and audition platform, you agree to the following terms. As a startup, we prioritize clear communication and mutual respect.

1. Audition Eligibility

Our current scouting program is specifically designed for individuals aged 13 to 18. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian review these terms and provide consent during the application process.

2. Submission Rights

When you submit an audition (video, audio, or photo), you remain the owner of your talent. However, you grant NI a limited license to view, store, and share your materials internally among our scouting team for evaluation.

3. No Guarantee of Debut

Submitting an application is an expression of interest. BE NEXT IDOL does not guarantee an interview, an audition, or a trainee contract to any applicant. Selection is at the sole discretion of our scouting team.

4. Use of Brand

The "NI" logo, the "Be Next Idol" name, and all website assets are the intellectual property of our startup. Unauthorized use of our branding for personal gain or "fake auditions" is strictly prohibited.

5. Startup Evolution

NI is a developing platform. We reserve the right to modify our training programs, audition dates, or these terms at any time to better serve our future idols.
